Investment
Why Invest in Oman?
- Real estate sector contributes to 3.8% of the country’s GDP and is still at an infancy stage
- Oman’s growing population (the young demographics), influx of expatriates and lack of quality housing have combined to create a huge demand for real estate in the country
- With comparatively low real estate prices to the GCC region, Oman offers an attractive real estate market for investment. This in-turn draw a number of GCC investors to Oman every year
- The real estate market has seen a positive trend in lease rentals and property prices over the last 2-3 years. Despite the global recession and market slow downs, Oman’s real estate is still attractive as compared to its peers.
